DiscoverEU is an EU initiative that will be giving young people (18 years old) the opportunity to travel across Europe, explore its diversity and learn about its cultural heritage and history.
Who can apply
- Young people born between 1 January 2006 (included) and 31 December 2006 (included);
- Citizen or legal resident of the EU, third countries associated to the Erasmus+ programme: Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, and Türkiye or Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) associated with the European Union: Aruba, Bonaire, Curação, French Polynesia, French Southern and Antarctic Territories, Greenland, New Caledonia, Saba, Saint Barthélemy, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Saint Pierre et Miquelon, Wallis et Futuna Islands;
How to apply
- Create an account on the European Youth Portal.
- Complete a short quiz.
- Plan your trip for between 1 and 30 days, between 1 March 2025 (first departure date) and 31 May 2026 (last return date);
- Travel to at least one foreign country.
- Share your experience as a DiscoverEU Ambassador.
